No, we do not allow the transfer of our DirectAdmin licenses that we sell for a one time fee. The license is strictly licensed to that specific VPS it was originally purchased for. If you are to cancel the VPS/dedicated server, your DirectAdmin license cannot be transferred to another service whether that service is with Mean Servers or another provider. You will need to repurchase the license again if you cancel the VPS and decide to purchase another VPS at a later time. If you are upgrading your package, you can keep the license without paying an additional fee.
