Change Domain in DirectAdmin

This tutorial was written for those wishing to change their domain when using DirectAdmin as their control panel. Do not use this guide if you are trying to change the hostname for the server, this tutorial will not work.

There are two parts to this tutorial, the first part is if you wish to no longer keep the data and the second part is if you wish to keep the data but change the domain. Please ensure you follow the correct instructions or you may accidentally delete data you want to keep. As always, we recommend taking backups if your data is irreplaceable. Remember, Mean Servers does not take backups of your data unless you subscribe to one of our very inexpensive backup services! Starting at just $1.99/month why wouldn't you want some peace of mind to ensure you data is always secure no matter what?
