Mean Servers recently updated it's terms of services. We have extended the grace period between a suspension and termination due to non-payment from 3 days to 7 days. If you pay your outstanding balance before the end of the grace period, your services will be instantly reactivated. This grace period only applied to web hosting and virtual private server customers. This change in policy is designed to assist our clients who may be experiencing financial difficulty but still should not be relied on as a protection against termination for paying your invoice late. If you are experiencing difficulty paying an invoice, contact the billing department before you services are suspended so alternative arrangement can be made.
