Over the next few days, Mean Servers will begin migrating our cPanel servers to PHP-FPM. PHP-FPM is an improved version of PHP and will not affect the functionality of your websites in anyway. With PHP-FPM installed, we hope to improve load times with all websites on our cPanel servers and offer additional functionality which has been limited by using the standard version of PHP. We do not have a set date for the upgrades for each server and will not issue them in advance since no downtime will be caused by the upgrade. Our goal is to have all cPanel servers changed over by February 12, 2016.
