Clients requiring assistance during this time are asked to reach out to us via Twitter or Facebook. Please have a recent transaction ID available if you normally pay via PayPal or BitCoin. if you normally pay via credit card, please have the last four digits of your credit card on file available. By providing this information, we will be able to authenticate you as the account holder, without this information, we will be unable to assist you.

This maintenance will only affect the client area of our website and will have no impact on client services. Those needing to access their services are welcome to use the VPS control panel, or the control panel of your related services directly instead of the client area during this time.
